Help with Routava

hello@viallo.solutions. Tell us your phone and its system version and, for a check, the country and roughly when it happened. Never send us a photo of your registration certificate; the plate is enough.
A check says something wrong
- Open the car and the country, and check again: sources are sometimes slow or briefly unavailable.
- The status page shows how each country's check has gone lately.
- Right after buying a vignette, the register may need a few minutes. The car's page has "Check again".
- A vignette the register confirmed stays in Routava until its last day, even when a later check fails.
No warning came
- Location must be allowed "Always" and precisely, and notifications allowed; Settings in the app says what is missing.
- Routava warns on the roads its map follows to a border (the motorways and expressways, about 30 km back). Towards Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova, where every road needs a vignette, it warns on any road. Elsewhere it tells you when you have crossed.
- Settings › Protection log shows what the border watch did; you can send us a screenshot of it.
Deleting your data
Everything Routava knows about your cars and trips is on your phone. Open a car and choose "Remove this car", or delete the app, and it is gone. We keep no account and no plates on our side, so there is nothing to ask us to delete; if you have written to us, ask us and we will delete the conversation. Details in the privacy policy.
